Mark joined Vision in April 2016, bringing 15 years Managed Print experience in numerous roles from Head of Billing to Service Delivery Manager.

As Head of Service Operations Mark oversees Vision's Managed Services Excellence Centre (MSEC) and also operations for parts and consumables.

Mark is an avid Newcastle United fan but doesn't brag about it these days...
