Phill joined Vision at the start of 2019, bringing over 30 years of experience in our marketplace primarily in Management roles.
Responsible for all field-based Service Delivery teams, Phill is committed to ensuring we continue the high level of service our customers are now experiencing whilst developing our teams for this changing market.
In his spare time Phill is an active volunteer for Watford FC and an FA Licenced Coach.
